You also get 18:6 and OMAD or 22:2 (one meal window/day or just eat for a 2 hour window).
You eat normally, exercise normally, but just structure your eating hours to give your body more time to reset and balance blood sugar.
Try it for 2-3 days a week only, then eat breakfast for the remainder of the days.
You can still have water, black coffee or black tea during the fast.
